Environmental Cost Accounting: Behind the Major Project for the Construction of a Covid-19 Hazardous Waste Management Facility

After focusing on handling Covid-19, all countries face Covid-19 medical waste. waste in Indonesia reached 18,460 tons as of 27 July 2021. The number management facilities did not follow the increased volume hazardous government has compiled construction from health into Government Work Plan (RKP) for 2022. budget allocated facility is quite large. An analysis needed perspective to achieve right goals and objectives program. This research used literature studies various relevant sources. Data uses an environmental cost accounting consisting prevention, detection, internal external failure costs. results show that aspects these costs, fulfilled them through main program supporting programs. Each a but no details every need. budgeted technology development, human resource collaboration with private sector, other impacts have potential hinder facilities.
